BuildingEnergy NYC | TKP Conference Center | October 12, 2017

BuildingEnergy NYC is the most rapidly growing, cross-disciplinary conference for the high performance building and renewable energy industries in the NY metro area.

The BuildingEnergy conferences are the flagship program of the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA). NESEA members and colleagues drive the content from the questions, challenges, and solutions they encounter in their professional work.

BuildingEnergy is a place to shape a vision of a sustainable built environment and to do the collaborative thinking it will take to get there. No greenwashing, no sales pitches.

BuildingEnergy NYC presents six tracks with twenty-four fully accredited educational sessions over the course of one day. The 90-minute sessions feature one or more professional speakers.

Curated by you

All of the content at BuildingEnergy is organized by NESEA members and colleagues. Proposals are submitted to the conference from the greater NESEA community and beyond, but must be approved by a number of select committees composed of experienced NESEA member practitioners.

Rigor guaranteed

NESEA requires an extensive array of actual performance data for projects featured in BuildingEnergy presentations. How do we know we’re promoting sustainability if we don’t keep track?”. All sessions are also registered for CEUs with AIA, BPI, and GBCI.

700 sustainability pros from New York and beyond

We are thinkers who want to think and share together. Old hands, emerging professionals, and students. Architects, engineers, builders, developers, policymakers, building managers, manufacturers, installers, financiers, construction manufacturers--if you’re working towards a sustainable built environment, this conference and trade show are for you.

50 trade show exhibitors

BuildingEnergy NYC presents the latest products and services that support alternative energy, energy efficiency, and high performance building. Want to exhibit? Sign up now to reserve the best spots or contact bfraser@nesea.org.
