I recently heard leadership described as the ability to change the trajectory from the course that would have been taken if events were allowed to naturally unfold. Leadership is critical to high performance project success. I have experienced this reality over and over again. I want to learn more about what is required to foster more leadership on the issue of climate change and how to apply the principles of good leadership to our work in the built environment. How can we encourage project team members to step-up? What mentality and group dynamic is required to draw-out good leadership? How can we identify the make or break moments in a project?
