Equity and inclusion are inextricably linked to housing. Above a warm, safe and dry home, home ownership provides the most direct path to generational wealth. Market forces that drive housing construction are often focused on what instead of where. This session offers tools to promote workforce development and community engagement so prefabrication can be within the control of the social environmental and governmental climate where it's ultimately installed, operated and maintained.
Learning Objectives

Apply the benefits of prefab passive housing to their design-build-manufacturing work at any scale
