Many different stakeholder groups must be engaged in the community planning process to create policies and programs that achieve their goals in meaningful and equitable ways. It is critical to be able to balance different values and objectives. This session is important because it will help attendees improve their ability to think from other perspectives, have difficult conversations, and come to consensus in an equitable manner.
