Proposed Session Description
The Bridge to Weatherization Program (sponsored by LISC) is a moderately successful Green Jobs Program. Let's take an honest look at the successes and failures so we can scale up the things that work and stop doing the things that don't work. The focus will be on improving recruitment; trainee-on-boarding (interviews); better curricula; better placement. "We do this work to fight climate change" should be the primary mantra of any green jobs training program. It inspires the trainees.

Full Description
We need to scale up training. Money is being spent but it is being spent unwisely. The results have been poor.
