The Student discount is intended for full-time students interested in attending the conference. 1. Are you a full-time student? If you answered YES to these questions, then you qualify for the student price. Take a picture or scan your college or university issued ID and email it from your .edu address to Susan Farber at sfarber@nesea.org. We will email you a discount code to use when you register. | The Emerging Professional discount is intended for people who have been working in sustainable building, renewable energy, or a related field for less than five years. This rate is not handed out lightly. Please apply by October 17 to be considered for this discount.

Non-profit / government pricing
Employees of non-profit organizations or government offices should contact Susan Farber at sfarber@nesea.org to receive a discount code for registration. Non-profits should be prepared to send a copy of their 501(c)(3) exemption letter.
Refunds & cancellations
Refund requests MUST be received by October 21. No refunds after this date. A $25 handling fee applies to all refund requests. Please contact Beth Fraser at bfraser@nesea.org or 413-774-6051 x25.
