HIGHMARK | Building Efficiency
Proposed Session Description
In the post-COVID-19 environment, offices must adapt rapidly to ensure the health and safety of occupants, thus encouraging workers to return. Otherwise, buildings will remain vacant for far too long. This presentation focuses on key strategies and energy-efficient technology utilization to future-proof an office, using technologies available today. Such initiatives will ensure that mechanical systems promote occupant health, safety, collaboration and productivity in lieu of acting as a hindrance. The results will be healthier and safer indoor office environments for workers and occupants, not to mention lower costs for owners.
