They have advised on over 600 buildings, 10,000+ units, on various types of strategic consulting impacting NYC Multi-Family.
STRATCO's Rebate Division - is a specialist in obtaining rebates for ConEd MF Energy Efficiency Program and NYS Clean Heat Program. They are project aggregator for both programs.
Proposed Session Description
Executing building retrofits on the as-built environment and ground up construction is fraught with risk and various challenges especially in NYC. Developers often avoid opportunities to tackle the utility/government rebates as it may compromise the project timeline or require additional compliance costs. The perceived understanding is, "Its Not Worth Our Time." The utility program administrator may often fail to achieve their market penetration with their rebate budget. We have developed a time tested method to address the following:

Understanding the value proposition (cost/benefit) of pursuing the outlined rebates.
