I've worked on buildings that reached the Passive House standard, I've done townhouse flat roof attics, deep energy retrofits, 17th century historic buildings, slow-rise foam in brick apartment buildings,worked with Aerobarrier, trouble-shot badly-sealed homes, churches, temples, and gurdwaras, and municipal buildings. And I've taught 100s of crew chiefs in the MassSAVE program for over 10 years at the Green Jobs Academy and written the best air-sealing curriculum in the Northeast. Blower-door-guided air-sealing should be as common as kitchen remodeling jobs or we aren't likely to succeed in meeting our climate change goals.
