MassSAVE has created an economic opportunity that has already created great jobs for folks who didn't want to take the college route. And the folks who do this work are climate-change-fighting heroes. Weatherization contractors are begging for these workers. Meet the heroes who do this work and brainstorm how we can grow this economic opportunity in black, Hispanic and white neighborhoods. It is time to take it to the next level.
