Over the last few years, the concept of mental health at work has shifted. What was once targeted toward mental health issues is now more widely understood as a systemic need to focus on the causes of psychological risk at work. In this session, we will review how psychological health and safety is a critical component of total worker health and critical to organizational performance, innovation, and employee retention, particularly in construction and sustainability.
