Proposed Session Description
Learn the basic principles of Lean management philosophy and how to apply it to your daily practice. Lean is a systematic method for identifying and eliminating waste of all types, yielding higher quality deliverables and greater efficiency at all levels of an organization. This session is appropriate for business leaders, managers, production employees, new hires, and sole proprietors. Lean principles can be applied to any organization and this session will touch on applications specific to the construction industry.
