Full Description
The Phius prescriptive path was designed to scale the single family detached residential market. It helps remove the 'barriers to entry' of energy modeling, extensive knowledge of the certification process and previous experience and presents a clear path to certification. The intent is that this path reduces the work burden on the CPHC, resulting in lower soft costs to the project and opens the applicability up to submit for certification to other Phius professionals like builders, raters and verifiers.
