Full Description
This session addresses the gap between high performance building in the multifamily and single family markets. It is important because states like MA, NY and CT lead the charge in the adoption of aggressive carbon saving strategies in the built environment and single family homes continue to be a challenge when compared to the vast success of the multifamily market. This directly addresses the theme of climate resilience because not all people live in cities or in multifamily buildings. Passive house is a method that delivers resiliency in buildings and we must continue to make progress equally in all markets.
