Proposed Session Description
Thousands are needed to fight climate change and yet training organizations struggle to fill classes. Recruitment is everything: if you don't have people to train, how can you train people? Talk to someone who knows how to fill up a class. Jason Taylor and Paul Jackson have been training people at the Green Jobs Academy since 2010. GJA is one of the only schools in the country that flourished even after the ARRA money ran out. Paul Jackson knows how to keep a school alive. Find out how.
Why is this session important?

Comments about your speaker roster
Paul Jackson can make the event if it's on line. He was not sure if he could make it if it were live but he said he could give me a 15 minute powerpoint on how he kept Green Jobs Academy going after the money ran out. I can provide his contact information if people have questions I can't answer.
