Proposed Session Description
The session will mainly focus on the occurring zero-energy retrofit market and the program strategy in place to drive this market transformation. We will identify challenges and lessons learned from RetrofitNY round 1 pilot, and present critical work in response to the need to enable zero-energy retrofit market. In particular, we will cover the eight prevalent multifamily building typology study conducted by Syracuse University and Pratt Institute, our demand aggregation effort that helps signal the market in need for key technology development and strategies to maximize the performance and benefits whiles meeting critical price points.
