Proposed Session Description
Harvard has recently completed two retrofits of mid-1800's Victorians to Phius Core 2021, LBC Core (pending performance period) and LEED Gold. This session will be a case study of the design and construction process, the challenges and lessons learned while converting 2 former fraternity houses into best-in-class Graduate Housing.

How can we bring Boston's existing building stock to high performance levels. How can historic buildings implement Phius requirements? What incentives are available for doing so?
