Full Description
While there are many technical innovations needed to transition to a clean carbon free economy and built environment, the importance of human motivation, inspiration, and ingenuity cannot be under appreciated. We need models and systems to understand how to make decisions, but this session will specifically focus on instilling a mindset of systems thinking in how to approach problems, and leave individuals motivated to solve not just small day to day issues but the large problems that face our generation. The hope is this will empower individuals to understand the systems in which they work, and how to make changes on the human level.
