One of the things I prize most about my relationship with NESEA colleagues (over the last 30 years) is the deep commitment we share towards due diligence and open peer review. Wikipedia tells us that peer review: functions as a form of self-regulation by qualified members of a profession within the relevant field. Peer review methods are used to maintain quality standards, improve performance, and provide credibility.
