ROUND 1 DISCUSSION: Ariel: strong yes. This one is better than the other one. Good examples, integrates LL97. Jen: topic that really needs to be explored. Really interesting, collaborative team and problem solving. Very relevant, should be a great presentation.

ROUND 2 DISCUSSION: YES. - Comments: - spoke/meet with James for about 25 mins via recorded Zoom meeting on 5/20/21 at 11:00am, discussed the potential outline for their topic/presentation, they would probably finish in 60 mins if presentaiton is done as a webinar. James to provide a polished presentation draft. For the actual presentation we allotted 5-10 mins for a LL97 primer/overview, 30-45 mins for their cases studies (recommended having the building owner provide his 3 mins testimonial), and remaining time should be used for Q&A and contacts to follow up with. Speakers have great market expertise and will discuss everything in the framework of available and future-proof technologies that would make a covered building comply with LL97 requirements in comparison to maintaining same existing mechanicals that emit more carbon and burn fossil fuels, and how to go about conducting feasibility studies ahead of the curve for owners to plug into their assets capital planning, capex budgeting.
ROUND 2 DISCUSSION: Local Law
