Kinetic Communities Consulting (M/WBE certified firm) works with energy and affordable housing industry partners to connect, educate, and simplify energy efficiency opportunities for under-represented communities. We want to help New Yorkers save money, feel safe, and live in a cleaner environment. We partner with local government, private sector entities, and nonprofit institutions to expand energy efficiency product integration in communities with the largest needs and educate building decision-makers on using energy efficiency as a tool to preserve housing.

Klepper, Hahn & Hyatt specializes in structural engineering, landscape architecture, and building envelope systems. Our firm has joined the Structural Engineers 2050 Commitment Program (SE 2050) to reduce and ultimately eliminate embodied carbon in our projects by 2050. Specialties Include:
- Review of thermal envelope details to ensure high performance and Energy Code compliance
- Diagnosing structural and thermal envelope building problems and developing solution strategies
- Designing with SIPs, ICFs, and frost-protected shallow foundations
- Identifying alternative structural systems with lower embodied carbon
- Quantification of the embodied carbon, or carbon burden, of building projects

KOW Building Consultants provides building, construction, energy, and environmental consultation services to lenders, as well as owners and developers. The firm was founded in 1978 by Kenneth O. Wille, PE, providing construction loan monitoring and property condition assessment services for New York City projects and has grown to a team of 45+ team members. Headquarters in NY with full-time inspectors in California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington D.C. Landmark Services specializes in renovating and restoring period homes and builds new high-performance homes. We believe that improving the performance of old homes should be a key part of any sustainable housing strategy in New England and beyond. The principal is a Certified Passive House Builder who brings more than 35 years of experience to his projects.

We work in partnership with contractors to provide plumbing, heating, and air conditioning planning and installation. Working with homeowners, we provide the guidance to make informed decisions on system replacement, repair, and installation.
