Paul Lukez Architecture (PLA) was established in 1992 as a studio to combine a love of creative and sustainable design with a commitment to service. PLA has served a wide range of clients and designed a variety of distinctive works over its 28 years of existence. Given our design process and experience, we can work across large, medium, and small projects. In 2021, PLA founded PLASES – a studio focused exclusively on our growing portfolio of sustainable projects. Performance Building Supply provides construction products and information to make buildings high-performing, energy efficient, durable, resilient, healthy, and more comfortable for the occupants. Every product we offer is thoroughly researched and chosen based on energy performance, environmental and health effects, manufacturing process and location, durability, and practical use.

Petersen Engineering provides complete MEP/FP engineering services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering. Our mission is Smart, Sustainable Design. We approach our designs holistically and collaboratively to optimize occupant health and safety, economy, durability, energy efficiency, and ease of operation. We have expertise on a broad range of topics such as building siting, massing, envelope design, space planning, and building science to improve life-cycle costs, occupant comfort, heating and cooling capacity requirements, building durability, and ease of operation and maintenance. We currently employ 6 Certified Passive House Consultants, a testament to our progressive approach.

Phase Change Solutions (PCS) is a smart materials company whose proprietary family of BioPCM® products impacts our daily lives. Since its founding in 2011, PCS has completed over 20,000+ projects in trucks, buildings, as well as telecom and data shelters.

pHdesign was founded in 2008 in a small space in the Brooklyn Navy Yard and has grown into a Lower Manhattan office near the South Street Seaport. The project types have also grown from small kitchen and bathroom renovations to single-family houses, condos, coops, and mixed-use projects. The firm focuses on reusing existing buildings while incorporating sustainable building practices. It now includes the design of two Passive House projects - a ground up home in northern Michigan and an EnerPHit project in Jersey City.

Phinney Design Group is a multi-disciplinary architecture, interior design, green building consulting, and construction management firm with a focus on sustainable and environmentally responsible construction methods. Phinney Design Group’s portfolio contains a wealth of diverse design experiences and projects. From architecture to interior design, landscape design to land use analysis, urban planning to rural planning, our firm has a long and accomplished track record of coordinating projects from the design phase through completion and construction, all while maintaining environmentally friendly standards.
